This summer, I had the privilege of attending the 33rd Summer Olympic Games help in Paris, France. The collective cultural experience was unlike anything I have ever witnessed before and something I will never forget. 2024 brought me to all over the world, and my unique experiences were always more memorable when I had someone to share it with.

This year, I am proud to announce my 2025 Referral Raffle!

Here’s the scoop:

• - The recipient will be chosen at random from a pool of referral partners. This individual will win a trip to France for TWO people for travel in the following year (2026). I can offer guidance on itinerary & trip planning if you are interested!

How do I become a referral partner?

• - It’s easy! All you need to do is make an introduction. A referral from you just means that you’ve introduced me to someone who is legitimately* interested in buying or selling real estate with me in the Greater Seattle Area. It is not contingent on me successfully working with the person referred, nor is it contingent on price point. 

How do I win?

• - The referral window is open from RIGHT NOW until November 1, 2025.

• - The winner will be chosen at random using Wheel of Names in December of 2025.

• - 1 referral = 1 entry

• - Every referral that closes will earn 1 bonus entry. Example, if you refer a client and they successfully buy or sell with me, you will get a total of 2 entries for that one client!

• - After the 2nd referral, your referrals will count for 2 entries moving forward. Example: Referring 4 clients will earn you a total of 6 entries into the raffle.

  The give-away includes:

  • - 2 roundtrip flights, not to exceed $1,500 per ticket

  • - Lodging for 10 nights at a location of your choice, not to exceed €500 per night

*I reserve the right to use my experience with buyers and sellers to decide if someone is legitimately interested or not.
