I had a phenomenal experience with my first time buying a home in Ballard thanks to Luan! As a younger buyer I could not have asked for a better agent who was both professional and personable making the whole process seem less intimidating. Luan was very knowledgeable of the local market and gave me just the right amount of support to get me the home I wanted. The response time and teamwork with other agents and my lender was top notch. Luan was working with me within minutes of finding the first listing that I wanted to see and was able to tour the location with me the same day! From start to close Luan made sure I was a priority even when my needs were borderline unrealistic. I was able to close on an ideal home for me within three weeks because of Luan's expertise and ability to advise a strategic path to close in a very competitive market. I probably would not have been able to get the home I wanted if it were not for Luan finding me an inspector overnight on a Friday evening for a Saturday morning pre-inspection which allowed me to make a compelling offer before other buyers could move in on the house... and this was all during a pandemic. I highly recommend Luan to Seattle buyers, especially first time/younger home buyers.

Luan is an incredibly genuine real estate agent who will put his clients’ best interests first. He is a very good communicator who is extremely knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. He’s always easy to reach, and responds quickly no matter what time it is. I appreciate his more laid back and friendly style of communication, while still thoroughly going through every step of the process and maintaining top-tier business practices. Overall, it’s hard to imagine a real-estate agent being more effective than Luan. Multiple times, it felt like he was going out of his way to help me out. I felt confident during my housing search with him, I learned a lot of valuable information from him, and I got a great result for myself out of the experience. Highly recommend!
“Amazing energy and intelligence”
Luan impressed in every facet of the listing, negotiations and final sale of my home. At our first meeting he came prepared with three strategies for selling the condo and it was obvious that he had done his homework and research. Fantastic strategies and different options to make the property more enticing including staging, great photography and advertising.
On top of that he committed to two open houses every weekend. Prior to opening he noticed a paint chip in the stairwell, got the paint matched and then painted the stairwell himself. The man works hard!
Finally, in the midst of a poor condo market, he had two interested parties as well as a great offer in the first five days. He provided great advice throughout the negotiations, showed himself to be entirely honest and ethical and earned my respect and thanks for guiding the sale to a profitable conclusion. I cannot say enough about Luan, have already recommended him to friends who will be using his services, and I am truly grateful for the amazing energy and intelligence he brought to selling my property.

He was a clear and incredibly timely communicator, and he demonstrated knowledge of the market and current real estate trends while also acknowledging moments when he needed to further research to provide the most informative answer. To this end, he even completed a neighborhood analysis of the types of homes I was looking at, which helped shape my decision. Ultimately, I found a townhome that met all my needs (and more), and I purchased it with relatively little stress and at a fair price, thanks in large part to Luan's guidance and expertise. I left the home-buying experience with a great new home and a sense that I'd gained a new friend in Luan.
“Thought about the solution before the problem came out”
Luan is the best real estate agent I have met. He knows the Seattle market inside out and is very quick in responding. I am in the finance industry and have been dealing with hundreds or maybe thousands of brokers in different asset classes. Luan is definitely in the top tier of brokers I have experience with. There are a few things I value in a broker in my opinion: 1) Integrity. I have been trying to buy a condo in Seattle for years and he has been very patient and always gives professional opinions in the best interest of me, even it means giving up the trade. A lot of brokers are too trigger happy and I am very fortunate to find Luan, even it is just a one small transaction. 2) Knowledge. Luan knows the market inside out and can pull out all the relevant information quickly, most of the times he already thought about the solution before the problem came out. His knowledge of the local market greatly helped me find the right place I was looking for. 3) Diligence. Luan worked extra hard to find a private listing for me through different channels, so that it met all my criteria. 4) Execution. The total dealing process was very smooth and well managed. We were able to close the deal within 5 days.
